ABOUT US

Reliable Work You Can See. Outdoor Spaces That Work Better.
At Rainy Day Irrigation and Landscaping, we help homeowners fix the kinds of outdoor problems that quietly become frustrating over time. Maybe the sprinkler system is not covering the lawn the way it should. Maybe one area stays too dry while another gets too much water. Maybe the yard just feels unfinished and harder to keep up with than it needs to be.

That is usually where we come in.

We are a local team based in Caldwell, Idaho, and we have been helping homeowners improve their properties since 1996. Over the years, we have worked on everything from sprinkler installs and irrigation repairs to hardscape projects and full outdoor improvements. Our goal has always been simple. Do the work right, treat people fairly, and leave the property better than we found it.

We are not here to overcomplicate things or give people a big sales pitch. We show up, take a look, talk through what makes sense, and do solid work that holds up.
Every project starts with a real conversation. Not a script. Not pressure. Just a straightforward look at what is going on and what would actually help.
What Makes Us Different

Local Experience That Matters
Working outdoors in Idaho is different than working somewhere with mild weather all year. Hot summers, cold winters, shifting ground, dry spots, and changing conditions all affect how irrigation systems and landscaping perform over time.
Because we have been doing this for so many years, we have a good feel for what tends to work and what tends to cause problems later. We know that a sprinkler system needs more than basic coverage on paper. It has to make sense for the yard, the soil, and the way the space is actually used. We build with that in mind.

Clean Work.
Solid Results.
A lot of good outdoor work comes down to details people do not always notice right away. It is making sure the water is hitting the right areas. It is catching a small issue before it turns into a bigger repair. It is installing something in a way that holds up instead of just looking good for a month. We take pride in that part of the job. Whether we are repairing irrigation lines, replacing sprinkler heads, upgrading a system, or helping improve the layout of the yard, we try to do it carefully and do it right. If something needs attention, we address it. If something is not working the way it should, we do not ignore it and hope nobody notices later.

A Team That
Actually Listens
Every homeowner has a different goal for their yard. Some want a system that is easier to manage. Some are tired of wasting water. Some want the lawn to look healthier without feeling like they are constantly out there trying to fix things themselves. We listen first.
That matters because the best solution is not always the biggest one. Sometimes it is a repair. Sometimes it is a few smart upgrades. Sometimes it is a fresh installation that solves a bunch of issues at once. We take the time to understand what is bothering you, what your property needs, and what is going to make the most sense long term.
It Starts with a Walkthrough
We like to keep things straightforward. We walk the property, talk through what you are seeing, explain what we are noticing, and give you real options. Some fixes are simple. Some take more planning. Either way, we try to be honest about what is worth doing and what is not.

No gimmicks. No unnecessary add-ons. No confusing language.
Just a clear conversation about what will help your yard work better and what it will take to get there.

We are not here to sell more than you need. We are here to help you end up with an outdoor space that feels easier to manage, better to look at, and more enjoyable to live with.

Real Projects. Real People.
Over the years, we have helped homeowners solve all kinds of outdoor issues. We have repaired sprinkler systems that were wasting water for months without anyone realizing it. We have upgraded older setups that were barely keeping up with the yard. We have helped turn outdoor spaces that felt pieced together into something more usable, more finished, and much easier to maintain.

It is not about making everything flashy.

Most of the time, it is about making a property work better. A lawn that stays greener. A garden that gets water where it actually needs it. A yard that feels less like a chore and more like part of the home.

From Our Team

“Every property has its own challenges, and every homeowner has their own reason for calling. Sometimes it is a repair they have put off for too long. Sometimes it is frustration with a system that never worked quite right. Sometimes it is finally getting around to making the yard feel the way they always wanted it to.

That is the part we do not take lightly.

We know people are trusting us with their home, their time, and their money. So we try to show up the right way. Be honest. Work hard. Pay attention. Do the job properly.

At the end of the day, we want people to feel like they made the right call bringing us in. That matters to us more than a sales pitch ever will.”
